Kindzmarauli is a naturally semi-sweet wine made from the Saperavi grapes grown in the Kindzmarauli PDO in the Kakheti wine region. Saperavi grapes from this microzone are characterized by higher levels of acidity balanced by residual sugar. On the nose, Kindzmarauli releases the aromas of red fruits and spices. This dark ruby-coloured wine gives a lively and acidic taste of sweet blackberry, black cherry confiture and berries resulting in a long finish with a silky and fruity aftertaste.
