“Teliani Valley” never breaks its tradition to congratulate A New Year to its consumers with new wine. “Samshvenisi Qvevris” is a latest arrival of the portfolio, which has been specially produced for “Teliani Valley” wine lovers. This year, company introduces the wine made according to the traditional wine making method. According to the winemaker’s: "Samshvenisi Qvevris," is a charming embellishment. Strict and brave, with high tannins, dark golden coloured dry wine is made from hand selected Rkatsiteli grape variety. The wine is matured and fermented in “Kvevri” clay pots, as 8000 years ago. Under “Samshvenisi” brand “Teliani Valley” produces three different wines: “Samshvenisi Qvevri”, “Samshvenisi Amber” and “Samshvenisi Ruby”. This innovation is an outstanding merit of our winemaker – Simon Megutnishvili. Wines are distinctive and special and not alike to other Teliani Valley wines.
